Returns & Warranty Policy

Because we provide a repair service, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the service has been completed and the unit has been shipped back to you.

90-Day Warranty

All repairs include a 90-day warranty covering the original fault and any components replaced during service.

If you experience an issue within 90 days of receiving your ECU:

  1. Contact us with a description of the problem.

  2. Ship the ECU back to us for inspection (you cover the shipping to us).

  3. If the issue is related to the original repair, we’ll fix it at no charge and cover return shipping.

No Fault Found (Warranty Recheck)

If your ECU is returned under warranty and no issues are found, we’ll still return it at no additional cost — no bench fee, no diagnostics fee, and we’ll pay for the shipping back to you.
