Returns & Warranty Policy

Because we provide a repair service, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the service has been completed and the unit has been shipped back to you.

Lifetime Limited Warranty
All repairs include a lifetime limited warranty covering only the specific components and repair work performed during the original service.

This warranty applies exclusively to the original repaired fault and any parts replaced during the service. It does not extend to unrelated failures, new faults, damage from improper installation, electrical issues external to the unit, water damage, physical damage, or unauthorized modification.

If a covered issue arises, the unit must be returned for inspection and verification before any warranty service is approved.
