- Purchase the repair. The mailing address will be provided on checkout and sent via email.
- Ship your module to us. Please include a note with your name, return address, and a list of symptoms.
- Testing & Repairs will typically be completed in 3-7 days of receiving your package.
- Once repaired, your module is returned via USPS Ground, Priority, or Express.
- You will receive your original part—tested and repaired—ready to plug in and go.
If Your Module Is Not Repairable
If your unit cannot be repaired due to issues such as heavy liquid or burn damage, we offer the following:
- Full refund (minus return shipping fee)
- Offer a replacement unit for plug-and-play installation (additional cost applies)
If Your Module Passes Testing (No Fault Found)
If your unit passes all initial tests with no faults found:
- You may choose to have the repair done anyway (often helpful for intermittent issues)
- We issue a refund minus our bench testing fee (covers testing and handling)
